The objective of this project stemmed from a desire to highlight key personnel across BASF in the Southeast Texas area and beyond. In coordination with Belong@CPN, an internal inclusion initiative, I developed a poster template selected 30+ individuals across BASF Houston, Freeport, Port Arthur, Beaumont & Geismar based on contributions, merits & testimonial quality. This print campaign was executed across multiple sites in North America, including the NA Headquarters in New Jersey.
I worked extensively with Tysha Francis and her "5S" Continuous Improvement team on ways to stress the importance of process improvement to the engineering personnel on site. A part of this work was the sophistication of the communication materials being distributed across the Port Arthur site.
In an effort to elevate office atmospheres as well as provide valuable insight into our corporate philosophy to people new to their respective plants, I penned & designed a series of wall installations that reinforced BASF's organizational values, including their mission, legacy building through internships, and community efforts.
One of our most valuable communication tools at each site is a network of displays by which we broadcast digital signage. As a part of my internal communication & content management duties, I coordinated the sourcing, design and distribution of information across every BASF site in Southeast Texas and West Louisiana.
